Exchange and Return Policy
Any articles purchased through this website are accepted for refund or exchange if returned to our customer service center within 30 days. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before they are accepted. Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original sales receipt and packaging.

Only articles purchased through this Website are accepted for refund or exchange if returned in its original packaging and condition within 30 days, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please contact us at 1-877-33-PEARL(73275) Monday - Friday 9.30am - 6.00pm PST to receive a Return Authorization Code. Write this number on the outside of your package.

Please include in your package a copy of your original receipt and a brief note of explanation describing the reason for the return or if you would like to exchange your item for a different size of the same item or for a different item, along with your current home address and telephone number. A customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours.

If you are requesting a refund of your purchase, Baggins, Inc. will request that the credit card company issue a refund to your account for the full amount of your purchase, less any original shipping, handling, and insurance charges previously applied.

Baggins, Inc will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Return articles are highly recommended to be sent via an insured shipping method to our address stated on the original package and receipt.
