SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Areas of Delivery:
Purchases made via bagginspearls.com may only be shipped within the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. (Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses)

Shipping and Handling:
We charge $11.95 for USPS Priority Mail, $29.95 for Federal Express Second Day delivery and $34.95 for Federal Express Overnight delivery. We process orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed Mon-Fri, 8.00am - 4.00pm (excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems with your shipment, you will be notified. For special and/or customized orders, please contact our customer service, as shipping times may vary depending on the details of the special/custom order.

Second Day delivery: your order should arrive 2 business days after you have received an email with confirmation that your order has been shipped.

Overnight delivery: your order should arrive the next business day once you have received an email with confirmation that your order has been shipped.

***All shipments require a signature on delivery. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.

Delivery Problems:
If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact us at via email or by phone at 1 (877) 33-PEARL (Mon-Fri, 8.00am to 4.00pm). Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, please proceed according to our Exchange and Return Policy below.

Shipping to alternate addresses:
If you ship your order to an address that is different than your billing address, as a security measure to protect our clients against fraud we will confirm your credit card has this alternate shipping address on record. To expedite the processing of your order, please call your credit card company and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

Taxes:
Baggins, Inc is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business. Applicable sales tax will be added for deliveries within California state.

Exchange and Return Policy
Any articles purchased through this website are accepted for refund or exchange if returned to our customer service center within 30 days. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before they are accepted. Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original sales receipt and packaging.

Returns to our customer service center:
Only articles purchased through this Website are accepted for refund or exchange if returned in its original packaging and condition within 30 days, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please contact us at 1-877-33-PEARL(73275) Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm PST to receive a Return Authorization Code. Write this number on the outside of your package.

Please include in your package a copy of your original receipt and a brief note of explanation describing the reason for the return or if you would like to exchange your item for a different size of the same item or for a different item, along with your current home address and telephone number. A customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours.

If you are requesting a refund of your purchase, Baggins, Inc. will request that the credit card company issue a refund to your account for the full amount of your purchase, less any original shipping, handling, and insurance charges previously applied.

Baggins, Inc will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Return articles are highly recommended to be sent via an insured shipping method to our address stated on the original package and receipt.
